This is a directory of results from Open Records Requests submitted by multiple individuals to the Round Rock ISD legal services department in regards to Trustees Danielle Weston and Mary Bone. Please note that these results contain only information that does not require a subpoena or opinion from the Attorney General's office in order to obtain. If you have questions or require information, please e-mail postmaster@electdanielleweston.com. This file was last updated on 15 June 2022. ----- ORR 103 - e-mails between Weston and Jeremy Story up until September 2021 ORR 104 - e-mails between Bone and Story up until September 2021 ORR 236 - e-mails between Weston and the individuals who doxxed Jack Chiles, an open and vocal critic of Trustees Weston and Bone, prior to 31 October 2021. These individuals include, but are not limited to several of the mask lawsuit plaintiffs, members of Moms For Liberty, and Michelle Evans, Republican candidate for Texas House D136. This ORR was submitted after Chiles found out that he had been doxxed by these individuals and wanted to know if Weston was involved with or had coordinated the doxxing / harassment. ORR 295 - same as 236, but from 31 October 2021 until 10 January 22 ORR 296 - e-mails between Trustee Weston and internal recipients in regards to the individual known as the "Lizard King" (owner of this site). This ORR was submitted due to Trustees Weston and Bone's attempts to start multiple criminal investigations into the owner of this site, as well as one of her outspoken critics, as unlawful retaliation for protected criticism using the power of her elected office. Such investigations involved, among other items, easily disprovable allegations of violence against women at a board meeting. These e-mails also show Trustees Weston and Bone attempting to retaliate against RRISD employees who are involved with the owner of this website, but are not involved in the site, its content, or its information gathering materials in any way, shape, or form. ORR 297 - e-mails between Weston and mask lawsuit plaintiffs Note that Weston has already released e-mails considered attorney-client privileged to these recipients. This ORR covers between 1 December 2020 and 10 January 2022. ORR 310 - request for communications between Weston and rrisdfreedom@gmail.com This ORR was submitted due to this e-mail address being used by Dustin Clark and Jeremy Story as part of the "Round Rock Parent Coalition," whom which Trustees Weston and Bone have been warned about leaking information to. This behavior is referenced in an e-mail from Jenny Wells to Trustees Bone and Weston dated 27 August 2021, which Trustee Weston then immediately forwarded to Tom Maynard (Texas Board of Education, region 10) and Ryan Fielder (Director of Intergovernmental Relations for Texas AG Ken Paxton). ORR 421 - e-mails sent by Weston that have her trustee e-mail address or her GMail address in the To, CC, or BCC fields This ORR was submitted due to previous ORRs demonstrating that Trustee Weston repeatedly leaked confidential and / or privileged information by sending herself messages, either directly or by CC, and then BCCing individuals whom she wished to leak it to, presumably in a misguided effort to circumvent applicable record-keeping logs. Unfortunately for her, government e-mail servers are configured to log all traffic both inbound and outbound. ORR 466 - e-mails between Weston and any addresses ending in @texasscorecard.com. This ORR was submitted due to previous ORRs showing that Trustee Weston includes messages to Robert Montoya and Jacob Asmussen, both of whom are Scorecard employees and vocal critics of RRISD. These messages include content that was flagged as attorney-client privileged, as well as attempts for Montoya and Weston to connect via personal telephone lines in order to circumvent record-keeping laws while discussing district business and (presumably) confidential information. ORR 553 - e-mails between Weston and Becky McCully, AKA DataDetect101. This ORR was submitted due to McCully's smear campaign against RRISD while leveraging her position as a Texas Education Agency employee to lend credence to her claims of financial mismanagement. She has also been a recipient of BCC'd attorney-client privileged materials. Unknown - This PDF was sent to this site anonymously. The contents contain what appears to be messages sent by Trustees Bone and Weston to members of the media utilizing their offices as elected officials and trustees which were not sanctioned or approved by RRISD. This would appear to violate TASB and district policies. Waddell Serafino Report - This PDF is the report commissioned by Round Rock ISD and compiled by the law firm of Waddell Serafino in response to Trustee Weston's unauthorized release of attorney-client privileged information to multiple sources, including the Office of the Attorney General, Tom Maynard (Texas Board of Education Seat 10 holder), her political allies and donors, and other unapproved individuals. This report states that Trustee Weston violated attorney-client privilege on at least two occasions and TASB / RRISD policy on substantially more. Waddell Serafino's counsel states that this rises to the level of official misconduct as laid out per the Texas Government Code. This was released on 15 June 2022 after being approved for release at the 14 June 2022 board meeting, which was a special meeting called by Trustees Bone and Weston. They failed to inform the board that they intended to skip the meeting completely, and as such, continued to neglect their official duties as well as violate various TASB and RRISD policies.
